Guest Room Rates (Vista, Alta Vista, Family Suites) are based on double occupancy and do not include Breakfast, Sales or ICT Taxes. Each additional adult is $50, each child is $40.  Lodging includes unlimited access to all Hot Springs and Pools ($40 per person value, 2010).

Villa & Suite Rates (Two Bedroom Junior Springs Suite, Two Bedroom Oropendola Guest Suite, Two Bedroom Springs Suite, Villa Guayaba and Villa Calatea) are based on quadruple occupancy and do not include Breakfast, Sales or ICT Taxes. The Three Bedroom Springs Suite is based on 6 person occupancy. Each additional Adult is $50, each child is $40.  Lodging includes unlimited access to all Hot Springs and Pools ($40 per person value, 2010).

Reservation Policies

1. All reservations, modifications or cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to: reservations@thespringscostarica.com or by fax: U.S. (954) 727-5745 or  C.R. 011 (506) 24-01-33-19. A reservation, modification or cancellation is NOT CONFIRMED until you have received a written confirmation from our reservation’s office.

2. Children are from 3 up to 12 years old. Infants under 3 years are not charged.

3. We reserve the right to request a minimum number of nights stay for peak seasons such as Christmas and Easter.

4. Please note that by submitting your credit card information you agree to our reservation and cancellation policies. Your credit card will not be charged in advance. It acts only as a guarantee of your reservation and will be charged only in the event of a cancellation or no- show. All charges will be applied upon check out.

5. Reservations for three or more rooms per night must be PAID IN FULL 60 days prior to the reservation date. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

6. Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 noon.

7. Food and beverages cannot be reserved or prepaid.

8. A reservation is NOT CONFIRMED until you have received an email or fax reservation code from our reservation’s office.
 

 

Cancellation Policies

 


1. There is NO REFUND if cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to the reservation date. When cancellation notification is received between 15 and 30 days prior to the reservation, a $50 processing fee per room will be charged. Payment will be forfeited if guest(s) arrive after the specified date of the reservation or depart prior to the final day of the reservation.

2. All cancellations need to be sent via e-mail to: reservations@thespringscostarica.com or by fax U.S. 954-727-5745 or C.R. fax: 011 (506) 24-01-33-19. A cancellation is NOT CONFIRMED until you have received an email or fax cancellation code from our reservation’s office.

The Springs Resort and Spa offers the most romantic honeymoon suites in La Fortuna, Arenal, Costa Rica.  We also have a number of two bedroom guest rooms and family suites that make it easier for families with younger children two stay with them while also affording some privacy for the adults.
