ROOM DESCRIPTIONS
Each Guest Room and Villa at The Springs Resort and Spa includes a Private Terrace with Balcony and Picturesque Volcano View, Hammocks, Rocking Chairs, Central Air Conditioning, Luxurious Marbled Bathrooms with Jacuzzi Tubs and Multiple Head Showers, Satellite Television with 37” Flat Screen TV, Surround Sound Stereo with CD/DVD Player and IPOD/MP3/USB Connectivity, Telephone, Wireless Internet Access, Wet Bar, Safe, Mini-Bar Refrigerator and Coffee Maker.
Vista Guest Room
Accommodates two guests in a King Size bed with a possible rollaway for children. There is an additional per person daily charge for more than two guests.

Alta Vista Guest Room
The Alta Vista Guest Room is similar in design and layout to the Vista Guest Room but has 18’ vaulted ceilings and because of its location on the second floor has a sweeping view of not only the volcano but the valley below. Accommodates two guests in a King Size bed with a possible rollaway for children. There is an additional per person daily charge for more than two guests.

Family Suite Guest Room
The Family Guest Suite has the same layout and design as the Vista Guest Room on the first level but has a mezzanine bedroom above with its own private bath. The Master Bathroom has a Jacuzzi Tub. There is a King Size Bed on the lower master level and one King Size Bed or two Single beds on the Mezzanine Level. Accommodates four guests with a possible rollaway for additional children. There is an additional per person daily charge for more than two guests.

Villa Guayaba
Accommodates four guests with a possible rollaway for children. The Villa Guayaba boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a Jacuzzi Tub in the Master bath, full kitchen, heated plunge pool with Jacuzzi jets and cascades, sun deck, hammocks and outdoor dining area. The Villa Guayaba location allows for the most incredible views of the Arenal Volcano. There is an additional per person daily charge for more than four guests.

Villa Calatea
Accommodates four guests with a possible rollaway for children. The Villa Calatea is a one of a kind Villa with two bedrooms, two and one half bathrooms. Both the Master and Guest Bath have Jacuzzi Tubs. In addition, the Guest Room has an outdoor shower on its private terrace. The Master and Guest Suite share a living room and kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven. The Villa has separate entrances, heated plunge pool with Jacuzzi jets and cascades, sun deck, hammocks, an outdoor dining area and, of course, an incredible view of the Arenal Volcano. The Guest Room has a Private Terrace that is perfect for morning room service as well as afternoon cocktails. There is an additional per person daily charge for more than four guests.

Villa Trianda
The Villa Trianda accommodates two guests in the Master Suite. The Garden Bathroom has both an indoor and outdoor shower as well as a Jacuzzi Tub. The separate living area has two built-in couch/beds plus a full bath, dining area, kitchen, heated plunge pool with Jacuzzi jets and cascades, two sun decks, hammocks, day bed and outdoor dining area. There is an additional per person daily charge for more than two guests.

Palm Bungalow
The Palm Bungalow accommodates two guests in the Master Suite. The heated outdoor Jacuzzi with cascades, sun deck, hammocks and outdoor dining area allow for a private yet completely breathtaking experience. There is an additional per person daily charge for more than two guests.

Villa Trianda & Palm Bungalow Connected
For our most discriminating guests, we present our exclusive Villa Trianda & Palm Bungalow Connected. With picture perfect views of the Arenal Volcano, the Two Oversized Master Suites and Three Luxurious Bathrooms allow for an incredible vacation experience. The lavish villa can either be rented in its entirety or divided into two separate but equally as impressive Guest Suites.
The combination of the Villa Trianda & Palm Bungalow Connected accommodates four guests with the possibility to use two built-in couch/beds in the living room plus the extra full bath off the living room for children. For those guests who want to get away from it all but still enjoy all the luxuries and appointments one expects from a five star resort, this Two Bedroom, Three Bathroom Villa will not disappoint. A full kitchen, spacious living area, separate entrances, heated plunge pool with jacuzzi jets and cascades, a separate outdoor jacuzzi with cascades, multiple sun decks, hammocks, day bed and outdoor dining area are just the beginning. The Master Bathroom and Guest Bathroom both have Jacuzzi Tubs and indoor and outdoor showers. There is an additional per person daily charge for more than four guests.

RESERVATION POLICIES

1. All reservations, modifications or cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to: reservations@thespringscostarica.com or by fax: U.S. (954) 727-5745 or C.R. 011 (506) 24-01-33-19. A reservation, modification or cancellation is NOT CONFIRMED until you have received a written confirmation from our reservation’s office.
2. Children are from 3 up to 12 years old. Infants under 3 years are not charged.
3. For individual reservations, the maximum number of nights allowed is four. We recommend a three-night stay for guests looking to make the most of their Springs Resort & Spa experience. Please keep in mind, as beautiful as we think our property is we limit our guests’ stay to four nights, in order for them to explore other areas of Costa Rica. This is the ‘House Policy’ and under no circumstances will the policy change.
4. We reserve the right to request a minimum number of nights stay for peak seasons such as Christmas and Easter.
5. Reservations for three or more rooms per night must be PAID IN FULL 60 days prior to the reservation date. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
6. Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 noon.
7. Food and beverages cannot be reserved or prepaid.
8. Please understand that we currently have areas under construction.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

1. There is NO REFUND if cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to the reservation date. When cancellation notification is received between 15 and 30 days prior to the reservation, a $50 processing fee per room will be charged. Payment will be forfeited if guest(s) arrive after the specified date of the reservation or depart prior to the final day of the reservation.
2. All cancellations need to be sent via e-mail to: reservations@thespringscostarica.com or by fax U.S. 954-727-5745 or C.R. fax: 011 (506) 24-01-33-19. A cancellation is NOT CONFIRMED until you have received an email or fax cancellation code from our reservation’s office.
